Jasmine joined the SoA in January 2023. She leads the Communications team and sets communications strategy for the whole organisation. Jasmine also manages the production of the SoA’s journal, The Author.

On Wednesday 8 February, the SoA’s annual Translation Prizes event was held in person for the first time since 2020. Eight literary translators won prizes, sharing a prize fund of £15,000.

The ceremony took place at The British Library and was live-streamed for viewers at home. You can catch up with the recording of the event here:
