As you may attend Management Committee meetings in your capacity as a group representative, you will have access to discussions and information which is not in the public domain. Therefore we ask that you sign our Confidentiality Agreement here. This should be completed and emailed to Elsa Robert for our governance records.
To ensure all committee meetings take place in a respectful manner, the SoA has a Dignity and Respect policy which can be found here. Our code of conduct for committee members can be found here
Our expenses policy can be found here for any out of pocket expenses for committee / steering group meetings. As most are held online these are likely to be few.
