North Wales Group: Fact, Fiction, Film

Come and join the North Wales Groups online on Tuesday 11 February from 5pm.

This session features a talk by Brenda Davies about taking a true story and carefully holding the truth, while fictionalising it to protect the characters, and the travails of getting it onto the screen. Born in County Durham, Brenda is a semi-retired Consultant Psychiatrist who lived much of her life in Zambia, then wrote the first of eight non-fiction books while living in Texas in the 1990s. She is now happily settled in Wales and The Girl Behind the Gates is her first novel.
