Join the LGBTQ+ Writers Network on Thursday 10 December from 10am for a member-led networking session. Come along and get to know your fellow authors!
Meeting structure
- 30 minutes – Whole group discussion on a theme. Send any theme suggestions to localgroups@societyofauthors.org.
- 30 minutes – Genre-specific breakout rooms to chat with members in smaller groups about your experiences.

LGBTQ+ Writers Network
The LGBTQ+ Writers Network is an informal, member-led network established in 2026 for LGBTQ+ authors, illustrators and translators to meet, chat and share their experiences through online networking meetings. To join the mailing list and be kept up to date on the network’s events and activities, please email membership@societyofauthors.org.
