Writers of Colour Network online meet-up

Join the Writers of Colour Network on Monday 7 December from 5pm for a member-led networking session, hosted by members Lisa Kiew and Durre Shahwar and moderated by Sophia Jackson, Head of Events and Engagement, and Rose Hensher, Grants and Prizes Administrator. Come along and get to know your fellow authors!

Meeting structure

• 30 minutes – Whole group discussion on a theme. Please send any theme suggestions to localgroups@societyofauthors.org. 
• 30 minutes – Breakout rooms to get to know other members in smaller groups.

The Writers of Colour Network is an informal, member-led network established in 2026 for authors, illustrators and translators of colour to meet, chat and share their experiences through online networking meetings.
