Lindsay Bennett Ford
Lindsay Ford joined the organisation in September 2025. She leads on parliamentary and government engagement. Lindsay previously held policy, public affairs, and communications roles across the third sector and creative industries.

Jolyon Leavesley
Jolyon joined the Society of Authors in 2025 and works within the Operations team, supporting the smooth running of our day-to-day activities. In addition to his front-of-house responsibilities, Jolyon helps in administering and coordinating our Author Communities (Groups & Networks).

Coordinates the SoA’s local groups (around 50x), helping to publicise and administer their events and activities. Elsa also supports the wider Membership team in with ad-hoc tasks or periods of leave.
