I have worked as a freelance journalist all my adult life focusing specifically on parenting issues as I am a trained NCT childbirth education and lactation consultant.  In latter years I have branched out much more into human interest stories, book reviews and essays. My book: Life After Birth – Everywoman`s Experiences of the First Year of Motherhood was published by Element and translated into Spanish and Russian. I also write poetry and have published in various anthologies and competitions. I emigrated with my husband and four children to Israel in 1974 and continue to write in English for British and Israeli publications. I belong to the Israel Association of Writers in English and Voices Israel Poetry in English.
