I hold a BA in French and German (University of Sheffield), the DipTrans (French), and an MA in French Literary Translation (University of Exeter). Member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists (MCIL).

Published translations include sections of the first ever English language version of the “Benezit Dictionary of Artists” (2006) (14-volume encyclopedia used mainly by museums, galleries, and auction houses).

The co-translation of a German art tome: “Angelus & Diabolus: Angels and Devils. The History of Good and Evil in Christian Art.”

Other published translations include art, art history, humanities, literature, cookery, gardening, children’s books; children’s book reviews (French Embassy magazine); European fiction magazine.
