I’m Tracey, a ghostwriter and communications coach. I have edited magazines, founded and led a global speaker agency and written talks for several high-profile names. 

I tend to work on just one ghostwriting commission a year, and I’m selective as to who I work with. My most recent collaboration with one of rugby’s most prominent coaches, a leader in men’s work, has humbled me to my core. Tell The F*cking Truth is gaining consistent 5 star ratings.

My flagship programme, The Immersion, is built around a two-day leadership off-site that immerses the team in a role play game designed to expose their deepest communication gaps. Delivering these off-sites is always a highlight of my working calendar. 

When I’m not writing or running the off-sites, I co-deliver a one day book development course: Lights Camera Write alongside film director, scriptwriter and actor, Ben Uttley from Stamp Productions studio in SW18. The next workshop is taking place on 30th October 2026. 

I’m currently working on a project with Dodge Woodall, an entrepreneur and the host of the Eventful Lives Podcast.
