Tracey Warr has published six novels set in medieval Europe, a future fiction novella, and books and articles on contemporary art.

She is currently working on the second book in her medieval murder mystery Trobairitz Sleuth series. She is working on a biography of three sisters who were female lords in the 11th century.

She worked as an art curator and an academic, teaching art history and creative writing at universities including Oxford Brookes, Dartington College of Arts, and Bauhaus University.

She works as an academic proofreader and editor.
