I translate poetry from both Spanish and German, but have concentrated in recent years on the work of the Chilean poet, Vicente Huidobro, in an attempt to bring the majority of his work into English. I’ve been editing Shearsman magazine since 1981, and running the associated  Shearsman Books imprint full-time since 2003, although it had a part-time existence before that.
