I write romantic drama, as Susan Jones, and historical sagas under the pseudonym Lydia King. So far I have written seven books. Five have been published as pocket novels by My Weekly D C Thomson. Two are in large print, for the library, published by Ulverscroft, Linford Press. Now I’m focusing on longer word counts, and looking forward to getting more books published. My historical saga set in the midlands Pride of Paradise Lane has recently been published.

I began with writing articles, which were accepted by Take a Break, My Weekly, Bella magazine, Best of British, and That’s Life. Mainly family stories about life, and funny things that happened.

I joined the Romantic Novelists’ Association after becoming a pocket novelist. Now I’m here with the Society of Author’s.

The first book I wrote was placed by readers of Festival of Romance, on the shortlist for 2012 and 2014. Now the books are all available on Amazon.

Now I am updating back catalogue to use my own isbn’s for getting my books into the library and on bookshelves.
