Stevie is one of Penguin’s WriteNow mentees and is currently working on her middle grade manuscript Myth Hunting with her editor.

Alongside this, she is studying the MSt in Creative Writing at the University of Oxford. Her Master’s project I Speak to the Rain is a historical fiction/fantasy set in Bronze Age Britain, exploring katabasis and our relationship with the unseen.

This year, Stevie’s short story My Mother’s Shadow Song was published in US literary magazine, Paper Dragon. Also this year, she was invited to read at Exeter Phoenix’s Prose event, and she has been selected as part of the judging panel for the Exeter Novel Prize.

Stevie is actively seeking representation.
