A former Dragons’ Den contestant, I am an author and independent thinker whose work explores the intersection of psychology, personal transformation, and human behaviour. Through practical, thought-provoking books, I challenge readers to examine the stories they tell themselves and the choices that shape their lives. My works include: Sleepwalk – Live in the Dream: A 9-Step Program of Self-Destruction and The Renwick Companion: An Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Workbook for Reflection, Values and Committed Action. Drawing on principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and self-reflection, my writing encourages readers to develop psychological flexibility, clarify their values, and take meaningful action toward a more purposeful life.

I am passionate about helping people move beyond limiting beliefs, embrace uncertainty, and create lasting personal change. My Books combine practical exercises, reflective insights, and accessible guidance designed to support readers on their journey of growth and self-discovery. I am currently working on my first Novella 2:17, which is a psychological and spiritual book linking this world to another dimension. Watch this space! My book also has the added twist of bringing Rachel Elnaugh and me back together  (in a spiritual way) more than 20 years after I appeared on BBC Dragon’s Den

If you are writing a psychologically related novel or novella, I can offer my services and knowledge of psychology to help your book. Just drop me a message.
