Phoebe is a writer from Devon. She is one of Penguin’s 2025 WriteNow cohort and is currently studying the MSt in Creative Writing at the University of Oxford.

When she’s not writing, there’s a good chance she’s still in the library. If not, she’ll be in the sea. Her favourite fruit pastille is the red one.
