I’m a cross-genre novelist, writing tutor and final-year PhD candidate. My psychological thrillers This Nowhere Place (2021) and His Perfect Wife (2018) are published by Penguin, and I previously published a memoir (under a different name) with HarperCollins. I currently teach Creative Writing for Faber Academy, City Lit, Jericho Writers and Goldsmiths.
 

In both my academic and creative practice, I am interested in the blurry line between fiction and non-fiction, and I’ve spent the past few years researching the purpose and ethics of autofictional examinations of the writing self. My current project, however, is a new venture into queer speculative fiction…
