Michael Walsh is a writer, composer, and screen storyteller working across novels, screenplays, and stage musicals. Trained as a pianist, he has worked as a musician since childhood, alongside a parallel career in education, public service, and creative leadership.

He is a published author in the field of education management and has held senior roles in education and within a government agency, where he was responsible for overseeing the negotiation and approval of government contracts. Alongside this work he has maintained a long-standing interest in intuitive and healing practices, held within a career shaped by formal professional environments. This background influences his writing, with a clear focus on character, power, and consequence.

His creative work spans family and young adult fiction, screenplays, and musical theatre, exploring themes of identity, responsibility, and human connection within heightened or speculative settings. Several projects are currently in development across film and stage.

A lifelong sailor, Michael does much of his writing aboard his yacht, Archangel, in the Mediterranean. He is now based in the south of France, where he continues to develop original IP across books, visual media, and music.
