I’ve been an author 24 years. I was initially published age 10, an embarrassing piece on mythology in the local rag – totally at odds with other content. But hey, it got me started. I write in different genres based on my profession, mental health & personal development. I also write as Jane Browne and Dan Vichente. I was a counsellor nearly 2 decades, losing my NHS career after whistle-blowing. Thereafter, I conducted a campaign supporting whistle-blowers, with some success. Age 71, I’m officially retired; time to try new genres. I don’t think I’ve changed much since childhood – being autistic, I was always nerdy and out of kilter with peers! My latest is a satire on English civil law, ‘The Tertians of Zod.’ I’m not seeking work – I’ve enough to last until the final box.
