I am a mindfulness educator, children’s meditation teacher, course creator, and author with extensive experience developing supportive wellbeing resources for children, families, and the adults who care for them – personal to professional level.
My work has focused on creating accessible, trauma-sensitive mindfulness and meditation practices that help young people feel safe, empowered, and emotionally supported. Over the years, I have designed and delivered self-study courses, online workshops, guided meditation programmes, and reflective learning resources for parents, grandparents, educators, and wellbeing practitioners.
Alongside teaching, I am also an experienced writer and creative content developer, producing books, articles, scripts, and educational materials that blend mindfulness, imagination, and emotional resilience.

Current and Upcoming Projects
My current projects include expanding my self-study mindfulness courses for adults who support children, including parents, grandparents, and educators. These programmes focus on practical tools that help adults model calm, emotional regulation, and connection in everyday life.
