Suicide prevention: I’m the author of a memoir on suicide bereavement titled Loss Adjustment, published in Singapore, Australasia, and China. I’m a co-founder of the youth suicide prevention advocacy, PleaseStay.movement, in Singapore. I’ve appeared on numerous mental health and LGBT inclusivity panels including corporate events for Visa, Mastercard, Nomura, and Paramount Pictures.

Poetry: I have an MA in Creative Writing (Poetry) from the University of East Anglia; a poetry collection, (Sign Language for the Death of Reason); I’ ve been runner-up in the UK national Mslexia Contest, shortlisted for the Bridport Prize, and was a finalist in the Joy Harjo contest in the US.

Journalism: I am an op-ed editor for a national newspaper in Asia; I’ve been a senior copyeditor/rewrite specialist/sub-editor  for publications including The Straits Times, The Australian Financial Review, and The Sun.

Non-fiction: I was structural editor of the international Lee Kuan Yew bestseller, Hard Truths to keep Singapore Going.

Fiction: shortlisted in the Dillydoun Review contest; flash shortlisted Retreat West, NZ National Flash Fiction Day.
