I am an experienced Counsellor, specialising in trauma recovery, addictions (from the family members perspective) and complex personality disorders.
My Spiritual Teaching work covers various esoteric disciplines such as: symbolism, numerology, sacred geometry and quantum physics.
A core focus, certainly during more intensive recovery processing, is to unite the counselling (human) and spiritual (soul) aspects so they may work together effectively and provide a thorough understanding of the experiences we undergo/undertake. Consolidating the learning on both a biological and psychological level is also necessary and why the title of my book is so named ‘Cellular Psychology’. This combination, in my experience, is key to recovery, especially during the more complex aspects of childhood trauma processing. The connection between our subconscious and conscious is essential and methods such as dream interpretation/analysis are regularly incorporated to better aid an understanding of universal languages, and the individuals connection to them. Other spiritual disciplines, such as those mentioned above, are also incorporated during the therapy process and provide a much deeper insight about our lives, our soul’s purpose during each incarnation, and how they link together across multiple incarnations and our overall pathway of evolution, i.e., soul lessons long/medium/short term. Numerology is especially informative on this point, particularly during major dimensional transitions/shifts – such as the one we are in now.
