I am a children and teens therapy working as NLP & EFT Kids. My practice is in Maidenhead, Berkshire. 

I love to write for parents, teachers and coaches based on my knowledge and experience of child psychology and children’s mental health. 

Many of my books are published by Hodder Education and I am currently self publishing books I wrote with Free Association Books and MX Publishing. 

My last book was on sports mindset for young athletes and my current book is one for the early years.
