I am a children’s author with a teaching and educational publishing background. I trained and worked as a UK Primary school teacher before entering the world of English Language Teaching (ELT). I was fortunate to teach English to young learners all over the world including Japan, Brunei Darussalam and Slovakia. I completed a Masters in TESOL for Young Learners (Hons) and then moved into the publishing world. I worked in-house as an editor in the ELT division at Oxford University Press for 6 years. Currently I work as a freelance writer and editor, specialising in ELT materials for young learners. My recent writing projects include:
