I’m a writer based in Thorpe Hamlet, Norfolk. My first book, Playtime’s Over (Propolis, 2021), is a novella about a young man coming to terms with his mental health problems and the impact they’ve had on his life, which he is in the process of ending. It’s also a love letter to my home.

My second book, Greyskin (Deixis Press, 2023), is a collection of interwoven stories in a fantasy western setting, looking at colonialism and race as well as exploring the legacy of the Western in cinema and literature.

I also write science fiction, which I self publish under the name Ray Adams.
