Ian Nettleton teaches creative writing at the Open University (undergrad and MA) and the National Centre for Writing. He mentors authors for Ruppin Agency and privately.

Publications:

He has had short stories and flash fiction published in a number of anthologies: Angles, Not About Love, The Petrified World and other tales, the Edinburgh International Flash Fiction Award anthology, Life on the Margins and Scratch A4.

Awards:

He was runner-up in the Bath Novel Award 2014 and Bridport Prize for Novels Award 2014 and has been shortlisted for the Bridport Prize Flash Fiction competition and Scratch A4. His novel, Out of Nowhere, won the Bath Novel Award 2023.
