I write about trees, forestry, and the environment. My first and award-winning book The New Sylva was published by Bloomsbury in 2014 and reprinted in 2021. My most recent book is The Tree Almanac 2024 (Robinson Books). I am currently working on three guidebooks featuring 1000+ forest sites across Britain in The Forest Guide series (Bloomsbury Wildlife). I’ve also written two novels, released two short story collections, and a poetry anthology. My short stories have been included in two anthologies.
