Dan is a writer of over 40 children’s books. He has written The Lottie Lipton Adventures, the Dino Wars series and the Pick Your Path books, as well as a heap of books for middle-grade readers under various pen-names. Dan lives in the south-west of England with his wife, children, cat, and an addiction to biscuits that is frankly out of control.

Dan studied Scriptwriting for Film and TV at Bournemouth University and has written for radio and TV, reaching the BAFTA Rocliffe Shortlist for Children’s Media.

He writes crime fiction for adults under the name DM James.
