I have written several books on health maintenance and disease avoidance through nutrition in animals and humans. I have a particular interest in nutrition-based health in both animals and humans. I have published these concepts in a series of books: “Nutricines, Metabolic Disorders in Poultry, Nutrition-Based Health” and “Total Nutrition.” These last two have also been tranalated and published in Chinese. They cover topics such as prebiotics, probiotics, postbiotics, vaccines and the microbiome. I explain the great values of feeding animals in terms of a valuable food supply and also as contributing to the Circular Economy in my book ‘Feeding Animals is Essential for Global Food Security.” I consult on technical writing projects and I have published a book on “Writing and Presenting in English.”
I write technical articles for trade magazines on topics such as the Microbiome and Human Milk Oligosaccharides which play an important role in neonatal health.
I translate technical articles from French, Dutch, German and Italian into English.
