General Overview

I am mostly a KS2 Children’s Author, who self-published three novels before Call Me Lion was published by Firefly Press in June 2022. I also write for Serial Mash, am a Writer-in-Residence for First Story and work freelance for Writers & Artists, hosting and organising their annual on-line festival for Children’s Authors and Illustrators.

Books

I currently have five books. My three self-published titles are Jarred Dreams, EATS and Thirteenth Wish. With Firefly Press I have Call Me Lion which won the Crystal Kite, was selected for the Summer Reading Challenge and Read for Empathy lists. It was also shortlisted in a number of awards including the UKLA and has sold in several other countries. I also have Project Pony which came out in May 2025 and a new book currently under contract with Firefly Press.

Events/Visits

I am always on the lookout for visits, particularly to schools, in order to boost my income. I’m based in Hertfordshire but am willing to travel and offer virtual visits too. Other Work

I offer editorial services either direct via my website or via Writers & Artists, I am open to IP and ghost writing and have mentored other authors as well as Author Illustrators.
