I am a literary translator from French, German and Italian. My published work includes novels by Mechtild Borrmann, Katia Fox, Yasmina Khadra and Enrico Remmert; my translation of a new book by Pope Francis, Life: My Story Through History, was published by HarperCollins in March 2024.

I am based in London, but I have extensive experience of both British and American editorial styles and colloquial language, having worked as an editor on both sides of the Atlantic. I can also work in a neutral, “mid-Atlantic” style. My areas of specialist knowledge and personal interest include classical music, theatre, cycling, golf, choral singing, photography, food and cooking.
