I’m Allison Symes. I am a multi-published flash fiction and short story writer with two flash collections out with indie publisher, Chapeltown Books. A third one is in the pipeline.

I also write short stories and have been published in many anthologies, mainly published by Bridge House Publishing and CafeLit.

I am a feature writer and copy editor for online writing magazine, Writers’ Narrative.

I write a weekly column on topics of interest to writers at online magazine, Chandler’s Ford Today.

I regularly run workshops on flash fiction, editing, and carry these out in person and on Zoom.

I blog regularly on various websites too and judge short story and flash fiction competitions. I enjoy taking part in Open Prose Mic Nights too.
