Book marketing for introverts

In this session, marketing expert Anna Caig explores plenty of cringe-free ideas for finding and connecting with readers that suit a more introverted personality

Many writers are introverts. This is a largely solitary profession, and when it’s time to look externally, find readers and start marketing, it can feel unnatural. There are preconceptions about what marketing should look like, and it can feel like ‘showing off’, something writers are often uncomfortable with. But it doesn’t have to be this way.

In this session, marketing expert Anna Caig explores plenty of cringe-free ideas for finding and connecting with readers that suit a more introverted personality. You don’t have to take photographs of your breakfast, overshare on social media, or reveal more about your private life than you want to.
