West Yorkshire Group: Summer Party

Come along on Wednesday 20 August from 5pm to celebrate the summer with an evening of readings, good conversation, and friendship at the West Yorkshire Group Summer Party. The evening will include an open mic where participants can read 3-5 minutes of their work, whether it’s published or in progress. The pieces could be poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, hybrid, or anything else.

Please note that this is not a feedback or critique session – just a chance to listen to each other’s work and get inspired!

We’ll meet at Dewsbury Arts Group Theatre, Lower Peel Street, Dewsbury WF13 2EE. You’ll be able to purchase refreshments from the bar if you would like.
