Surrey Group: Pitch Perfect

Join the Surrey Group on Tuesday 13 May from 12pm for their next in-person lunchtime meet-up to discuss what makes a perfect pitch.

What exactly is a book pitch? What makes a compelling pitch? And why do we ALL need one for any of our books, whatever stage that book may be at? In this hands-on session, published authors Alexandra Strick and Lucy Reynolds will share some tips on writing pitches and then facilitate as we all compose or fine-tune a pitch for one of our own books. Come out of this session with a perfectly irresistible pitch to pique interest in your book!
