Scottish Islands Group: From Conversation to Book Launch

Join the Scottish Islands Group online on Tuesday 25 February from 7pm to hear from author Douglas Forrest about the writing and publishing process for his book Jimmy Wilds: The Soldier Who Elected A Government. Douglas will discuss how the idea for the book was formed in conversation with his brother-in-law, the research process, and the difficulties he encountered in looking for an agent and publisher.
