Feel Good Friday – Get moving and stretching at your desk
2 May @ 11:00 - 11:45 BST
Authors tend to sit a lot (such is the nature of writing), so enjoy a fun and informative Energiser session with PT & fellow writer Tracy Griffen. The session starts with health hacks that are easy to implement into your working life. We’ll do a simple Energiser – five minutes of moving on your desk chair, no lycra required! We’ll finish the session by exploring some stretches designed to improve posture and helping you breathe better too.
