Feel Good Friday – Breaking free of overwhelm
19 September @ 11:00 - 11:45 BST

Overwhelm can happen to us all. That sense that there is just too much to do that you don’t know where to start. Often what happens next is we freeze and do nothing because we feel so overwhelmed.
