Manchester Group: Scams

Join the Manchester Group on Friday 4 September from 10am for our next in person catch-up.

In the first part of this meeting, we will be focusing on scams; we will discuss how to spot them, how to avoid them, and each share our personal experiences of writerly scams. Do come along with tales to share.

The second half of this meeting will be a chance for us to share our most recent projects and end of year aims. Please bring anything you are currently working on.

We’ll meet at The Social Refuge, 27 Ancoats Street, Manchester, M4 5AJ who kindly lets us meet in a private room in the book/coffee shop for free. All they ask is that we purchase a tea/coffee/piece of cake to support their business.

We’ll meet from 10am – 12pm, with the option to stay for a drink after.
