Avery Rabbitt (she/her) is an arts psychotherapist, writer, and cross-disciplinary artist based in Cardiff. She writes playful, heartfelt, panpsychic stories rooted in queer and neurodiverse imaginations. Multidisciplinary arts allow her to combine languages– non-verbal, text, music, image. The way she writes is shaped by how she plays outside. Having grown up on a religious homestead in the rural Pacific Northwest USA, she explores themes of deconstruction and inter-species kinship.
Published work can be found in Drama Therapy Review and The Tonic Review.
Her current projects include The Mysterious Cricket— a puppet musical about lost histories, lesbians, and class warfare— an upcoming album with the pop duo sky frog, and a short film production of her experimental sculptural book, the kin bible.
