Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells Group meet-up

Join the Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells Group on Thursday 9 October from 5.30pm in the conservatory at The White Hart, Tonbridge Road, Sevenoaks, TN13 1SG. In the first of this autumn’s meetings, please join us and listen to what two local writers have to tell us about their writing life.

Laura Daniels is a psychotherapist whose memoir about her roller-coaster of an expat life in Houston was published in 2012. Subsequently, she has written three novels in the genre of psychological fiction. Listen to her reflect on the writing life and how she is determined to enjoy the journey!

Hugh Roberts, meanwhile, is a non-fiction writer, whose three publications span more than four decades, ranging from academic to political commentary. He was a member of the Society of Authors’ Management Committee 2018-2024.

There are usually plenty of parking spaces at this time of day, and the 402 from Tunbridge Wells stops at the White Hart bus stop.
