I am a writer with an interest in poetry, prose poetry, hybrid prose and experimental essay forms. My practice sometimes incorporates photography and audio work. My debut pamphlet, Deeryard, was published in 2024 by independent press Death of Workers Whilst Building Skyscrapers. “This innovative pamphlet, interspersing prose poems with Feld’s own nature photography, explores the connection we share with each other and the world around us. The scattered images strengthen our mind’s focus on Feld’s narrative and setting.” – Poetry Book Society

Other work has appeared in journals including The Stinging Fly, Tolka, Banshee, The Offing and The Letters Page. My work also appears in the anthologies The Art of Being Dangerous: Exploring Women and Danger Through Creative Expression (Leuven University Press) and in Magic Art Redux, a collection of responses to Andre Breton’s 1953 project published by Fulgur Press in 2025.

Originally from Vermont in the US, I live north of Manchester and work as a journalism lecturer at the University of Salford. I frequently host book and author events for bookstores and festivals, and perform my work at venues in the Northwest.
