Andy Hamilton is the Author of a number of non-fiction works. Andy likes to write about things that he has actually done; this means that during his time as an author he has experimented with self-sufficiency, lived on wild food, brewed beer, tasted a 1000 pints, microdosed, joined a choir, filled his fridge with fermented foods, used a shamanic drum, deliberately starved himself and disappeared halfway up a mountain, and sparked the idea of the Association of Foragers.
He is currently sitting in a hammock in his front garden overlooking Bristol where he is looking up at the birds nesting in the corner of his home and he is busy contemplating his next adventure and writing his first novel.
Andy is available for wellbeing nature writing workshops, collaborative projects, feature writing, public speaking engagements, writing workshops, and editorial work.
