I’m the bestselling author of historical murder mysteries and cosy crime novels, including the Fairbanks and Flynn Mysteries and Iris Woodmore Mysteries series.

My books feature strong female protagonists, amateur sleuths, Scotland Yard detectives, village policemen, deadly enemies, accidental villains, jealous lovers and will-they-won’t-they romances.

I live in Hampshire, England, and love walking in the countryside as well as exploring London’s history. On my blog, I share obscure and fascinating facts I’ve discovered through my research into the Edwardian era and Roaring Twenties.

I enjoy reading classic crime novels, historical murder mysteries and Golden Age whodunits.
