I’m co-author of Meet Us and Eat Us: Food plants from around the world, which won 3rd Prize in The International Poetry Book Awards 2025. Vilma Bharatan and I published this illustrated hardback of poetry, prose and fine art photography in 2024. We have a free monthly newsletter community where we share our research, recipes, images, poetry and event invitations at meetusandeatus.co.uk. We are both available for talks and workshops.  

Nature, wildness, and connection are central themes in my work, and I also enjoy celebrating teen crushes and the joys of pop culture. I regularly take part in open mics in Surrey and London. In 2026 I’m offering Creative Relaxation mini retreats combining poetry reading and writing with Qigong movement and meditation.  I welcome new opportunities to share poetry, whether reading or encouraging others to write. 

My poetry is in anthologies from Candlestick Press, The Black Cat Poetry Press, and The Hedgehog Poetry Press, who also published my two micro pamphlets Winter Long, Summer Short and Selections from the Mongolian Death Worm Poems. Print and online journal publications include Mslexia, Clarion, The Dirigible Balloon, Thimble Lit Mag, Flights, and Amethyst Review.
