SUMMARY:Edinburgh Group: Talk with Morag Hood
DESCRIPTION:Join the Edinburgh group on Wednesday 14 October from 19:00 for a talk with author Morag Hood. \nMorag Hood is an award-winning author and illustrator of picture books such as I Am Bat\, Aalfred and Aalbert\, and Seahorse is Furious. \nIn this session\, Morag will talk about how she has built a career as an author and illustrator – how she got started\, her work as a writer and illustrator beyond the books themselves\, and what a ‘typical day’ is like for her. There will also be time for Morag to answer any questions for those interested in her career and creative process. \nWe will meet at Argonaut Books\, 15-17 Leith Walk\, Edinburgh\, EH6 8LN. \nAll members welcome. \nTo attend the meeting\, click the Going button below and fill out the RSVP form. If you do not receive a confirmation email\, or have trouble signing up\, please contact localgroups@societyofauthors.org.
