SUMMARY:SoA Community Hub | Boxing class with Roy Summers
DESCRIPTION:Join us this October for a boxing class as part of our Community Hub on Bedford Row\, hosted by boxing coach and personal trainer\, Roy Summers. \nThis session will be approximately 60 minutes of light exercise based around learning some boxing skills\, fitness and fun boxing-based games. Suitable for all levels of fitness and abilities as session content is tailored to who we have in the room. \nJust bring yourselves! All equipment will be provided\, just wear gym gear/comfortable workout clothing and trainers! \n  \nPlaces are limited and subject to availability. \nNot a member? We have a wheelchair ramp at the side entrance of the building. SUMMARY:Brighton and Hove Group: Celebrating our Success
DESCRIPTION:Join the Brighton & Hove Group on Friday 16 October from 14:00 at The Regency Town House for a special meeting celebrating the successes\, milestones and good news in our writing lives. \nSeveral of our writers have some great news to share\, and we thought this would be a wonderful opportunity to celebrate those achievements together and hear the stories behind them. \nPerhaps you’ve: \n\nSecured a literary agent\nSigned a publishing deal\nGot a new book coming out\nFinished a new draft or major writing project\nLaunched a new website or writing venture\nReached a milestone you’re particularly proud of\nHad a breakthrough or received some encouraging news about your work\n\nWhatever your achievement\, big or small\, we’d love to hear about it. These are the stories that can inspire us\, encourage us and remind us that progress comes in many different forms. \nLet’s celebrate one another\, share what we’ve learned\, and cheer each other on. \nWe have two hours together\, so time will be limited. If you’d like to share a story or update with the group\, please email localgroups@societyofauthors.org as soon as possible to let us know. We’ll do our best to make sure everyone who wants to contribute has an opportunity to speak. \nWe’ll meet downstairs in The Regency Town House\, 13 Brunswick Square\, Hove\, BN3 1EH.
