Be it setting up a blog, updating your current website, learning about social networking or creating some new content for your site, Yen is available to offer one-on-one advice, guidance and practical help. These hour-long surgeries, exclusively available to SoA members, take place in-house and are designed to give you the tools and confidence to manage your own online presence. 

About Yen

Yen Ooi has worked in publishing since 2012. She has also worked in music, film, education, and government, giving her a broad perspective on how publishing intersects with other industries. In recent years, Yen has worked closely with independent authors and artists, and with organisations like The Literary Consultancy and The Alliance of Independent Authors, to provide support around self-publishing and online marketing.
